Important Notice
All products sold by Apex Sequence are intended strictly for in vitro laboratory research use only. They are not intended for use in humans or animals, and are not approved for therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical applications.
By purchasing from Apex Sequence, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that the products will be used solely for legitimate scientific research conducted in a controlled laboratory environment.
Apex Sequence bears no responsibility for any use of its products outside of their intended in vitro research purpose. Any misuse is solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
Regulatory Status
None of the products sold by Apex Sequence have been evaluated or approved by Health Canada, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), or any other regulatory authority for therapeutic use in humans or animals.

Products are not approved as drugs, natural health products, or medical devices under the Food and Drugs Act.
Research Chemicals
Products are sold as research chemicals for scientific investigation and are subject to applicable Canadian federal and provincial regulations.

Buyer Responsibility

Apex Sequence reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion, including where there is reason to believe the products will not be used for legitimate research purposes.
Canadian Law
Apex Sequence operates as Apex Sequence, incorporated in Ontario, Canada. All transactions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal Canadian law.
Apex Sequence ships within Canada only. It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with all applicable provincial regulations regarding the purchase and possession of research chemicals.
