The conditions governing the purchase and use of products from APEXSEQ. Please read carefully before placing an order.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Buyer") and 1001551826 Ontario Inc., operating as APEXSEQ ("APEXSEQ", "we", "us", "our"). By placing an order through our website at apexsequence.com or by email, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not place an order. APEXSEQ reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order.
Research Use Only
Critical Notice
All products sold by APEXSEQ are strictly for in vitro laboratory research purposes only.
They are not approved, intended, or suitable for human consumption, administration to humans, veterinary use, or diagnostic purposes of any kind. Our products have not been evaluated by Health Canada, the FDA, or any other regulatory authority for safety or efficacy in humans or animals.

Prohibited Use
- — Human or self-administration of any kind
- — Veterinary or animal treatment
- — Resale for human or veterinary use

Buyer Eligibility
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
You are 18 years of age or older
You must be a legal adult in your jurisdiction to purchase products from APEXSEQ. We do not knowingly sell to minors. By completing a purchase, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are purchasing for legitimate research purposes
By placing an order, you explicitly confirm that all products are being acquired solely for in vitro research purposes and will not be used on or by any human being or animal.
Your purchase is lawful in your jurisdiction
You confirm that receiving, possessing, and using research peptides is legal under the laws of your province, territory, and any applicable federal regulations. Responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws rests solely with the Buyer.
APEXSEQ ships within Canada only. By submitting a shipping address, you confirm you are located in Canada and that delivery to your address is lawful.
Payment
APEXSEQ accepts payment exclusively via Interac e-Transfer. No credit cards, debit cards, or third-party payment processors are used.
How to Pay
After placing your order by email or through our order form, you will receive instructions including the e-Transfer recipient email address and the security question and answer to use. Send the e-Transfer from your online banking app or website.
Order Confirmation
Your order is not confirmed until we have received and accepted your Interac e-Transfer payment in full. We will send an email confirmation once payment has been received. Processing typically begins within one business day of confirmed payment.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time your order is submitted is the price that will be charged. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be communicated prior to payment.
If payment is not received within 48 hours of the order being submitted, the order may be cancelled at APEXSEQ's discretion. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect e-Transfer details provided by the Buyer.
Shipping
Canada Only
We ship to addresses within Canada only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Discreet Packaging
Orders are shipped in neutral, unmarked packaging. The outer packaging contains no branding or product descriptions.
Cold-Chain Handling
Peptide products are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging to maintain molecular integrity during transit.
Delivery timelines are estimates only. APEXSEQ is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon handoff to the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds, returns are accepted under limited conditions only. The following terms apply to all return requests:
14-Day Return Window
Return requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.
Unopened & Sealed Only
Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition with all original packaging and security seals fully intact. Opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances due to the risk of contamination.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, compromised, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued via Interac e-Transfer to the same sender email used for the original payment. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned product.
To initiate a return, email info@apexsequence.com with your order reference number and reason for return. Do not ship items back without first receiving written authorization from us.
Limitation of Liability
APEXSEQ's products are sold strictly as research compounds with no warranties, express or implied, as to their fitness for any particular purpose beyond in vitro research.
APEXSEQ shall not be liable for any damage, injury, loss, or consequence — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from the misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized use of our products by the Buyer or any third party.
The Buyer assumes full responsibility for ensuring all products are used in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. Any use of our products in violation of these Terms is entirely at the Buyer's risk.
No Warranty
- — Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
- — We make no representation that our products are appropriate for any particular research application.
- — Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the purchase price paid for the specific order in question.
Right to Refuse Orders
APEXSEQ reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:
Reasonable suspicion that the Buyer intends to use products for a purpose other than in vitro research.
Shipping address outside of Canada, or an address we are unable to verify.
Non-receipt or failure of the Interac e-Transfer payment within the specified timeframe.
Product being out of stock or unavailable at the time of order processing.
If your order is refused or cancelled, any payment already received will be refunded in full via Interac e-Transfer.
Governing Law
Ontario Law Applies
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from your use of our website, your order, or your relationship with APEXSEQ are governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By placing an order, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for the resolution of any dispute relating to these Terms.
