What is HPLC Testing?
High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is the clinical gold standard for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of research peptides. In our vanguard approach to quality control, we utilize HPLC to separate, identify, and quantify each component in a complex mixture with unparalleled precision.
The process involves passing the peptide solution under high pressure through a column filled with an adsorbent material. Different molecular structures interact differently with the adsorbent, causing them to exit the column at distinct times (retention times). This allows our independent labs to detect even trace impurities that might be missed by less sophisticated analytical methods.
At Apex Sequence, we do not accept "manufacturer-supplied" data. Every COA presented above is generated from independent laboratory verification to ensure that the chemical reality matches the documentation.
